  •  To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed at least the first 3 modules of the 12 module course. This ensures that you have genuinely engaged with the course content and given it a fair chance.
  1. Time Frame:
  •  Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. This period allows you ample time to assess the course content and its alignment with your learning goals.
  1. Proof of Completion:
  • When requesting a refund, you must provide evidence of completion for the first 3 modules. This can be in the form of screenshots of the module completion pages, progress reports, or any other relevant documentation.
  1. Engagement in Course Activities:
  • Active participation in any associated activities, discussions, or assessments within the first 3 modules is also required. This helps us ensure that you have genuinely engaged with the course material.
  1. Support Contact:
  • Before a refund is granted, you must have reached out to our support team to work through any challenges you may have encountered in the program. This demonstrates your commitment to the course and allows us the opportunity to assist you in overcoming any obstacles.

 

Refund Process

  1. Review Process:
  •  Our team will review your request and the provided documentation. We aim to process all refund requests within 10 business days.
  1. Approval and Refund:
  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

 

Conditions

Lifetime Access:

  • Students have lifetime access to the course material unless a refund is granted. Once a refund is processed, your access to the course materials will be revoked.

Non-Completion Clause:

  • Refunds will not be granted solely due to lack of time or busy schedules. This course is designed to be flexible, allowing you to progress at your own pace and ability to revisit the lessons on your own timeline. We encourage you to utilize this flexibility to fit the course into your schedule.

Exceptional Circumstances:
